We are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of The Onset Beach Compound Resort.
We are looking for hardworking, organized and team oriented people for our cleaning and maintenance positions.
The main duty this position will entail is to clean and change over the rental cottages after guests check out for the next guest to check in.
The ideal candidate will have experience in professional cleaning services however it is not required, we will train you! We are also looking for a head cleaner that will provide a leadership role for the rest of the staff, and is willing to have a flexible schedule in order to fill shifts on Saturdays and Sundays if needed.
This role will not be a set schedule, around 20-30 hours a week depending on how many check-ins are on the schedule.
Overall duties include:
Stripping the beds and making the beds Keeping up with laundry Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping Other general cleaning duties and keeping houses orderly and organized Outdoor maintenance of the property such as raking the beach, organizing storage lockers, and keeping stock of cleaning supplies and our #StayHere shed.
Keeping up to date with check ins and check outs Keeping inventory of our amenity lockers Willing to work with the rest of the staff for other miscellaneous duties depending on what the week entails (cleaning hot tub, posting signs, gardening).
